Infinity Folder Levels

Effortlessly organize your documents with unlimited depth using our new Infinity Folder Level feature. You can now create up to 20 layers of subfolders within a single folder—providing endless flexibility to organize your documents in a structured, detailed way.

For example, you could structure your meeting documents like this:

Board Meeting Agenda > 2024 > January > Meeting Notes

This improvement ensures:

  • A more structured and intuitive file organization method.
  • Seamless navigation through deeply nested folders without any performance lag.
  • The flexibility to rename and delete folders at any depth.
  • Advanced search capabilities to quickly locate documents, no matter their depth.

Now, you can organize your files exactly how your community needs, without any limitations.

Assignments Enhancements

Managing tasks just got easier and more inclusive. With our latest update, you can now assign tasks to users and groups with view-only permissions, making collaboration and tracking even more flexible!  

What’s new:

  • Assign tasks to users and groups who only have viewing rights, encouraging more community members to stay involved in task tracking.
  • Users or groups with view access can now add comments and update task statuses, boosting collaboration.
  • The fresh design, along with the new “Assigned to Me” toggle, makes task management smoother and more efficient.

Reservations & Amenities Enhancements

Managing your community's amenities has never been simpler with new improvements for faster searching and better sorting.

Here’s what’s new:

    • Search bar: Quickly find amenities by name within the Amenities, My Reservations, or Reservations by Date sections.
    • Sorting options: Organize your amenities by capacity or name for a clearer, more streamlined view.
    • New monthly calendar view: Enjoy a sleek design with red bullets, making it easy to view all reservations at a glance.

These updates are designed to save you time, reduce friction, and deliver a clearer overview of your community's amenity usage.
