Elevate Event Planning and Personalize Community Experiences

We Listened to Your Feedback: Discover Our Improved RSVP Feature!

We’re excited to announce improvements to the Events RSVP feature, inspired directly by your feedback! The RSVP option will now be toggled off by default, allowing users to enable or disable it when creating a new event. This new update gives you greater control over your event management!

Elevate Event Planning & Personalize Your Community Experience

TownSq’s Events RSVP makes managing community events easier than ever before:

  • Resident RSVPs: Residents can now confirm attendance directly through event invitations.
  • Customizable comments: Guests can specify requests like dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, shirt sizes, and more.
  • Additional guest options: Residents can bring external guests, with customizable limits on the number of attendees.
  • Detailed event insights: Access comprehensive event details, including downloadable guest lists in PDF or XLS format and guest distribution data.

Streamlined Event Creation and Tracking

Managers (Admin users) can now streamline event management with increased efficiency. Create and edit events, send invitations and reminders, oversee guest comments, and set external guest permissions from one intuitive platform.

 Resident Engagement

Residents can now enjoy enhanced convenience with timely notifications, detailed event tracking, and flexible RSVP options. They can easily respond to invitations, add comments and specify the number of guests they plan to bring, ensuring a more personalized, enjoyable event experience.
