New Events RSVP Feature

Managing community events just got easier with our latest improvements to the Events feature. Here’s what’s new:

• Resident RSVPs: Residents can now confirm attendance directly through event invitations.
• Customizable Comments: Add a section for guests to specify requests like dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, shirt sizes, and more.
• Additional Guest Options: Allow residents to bring external guests, with the ability to set guest limits.
• Detailed Event Insights: Access more comprehensive event details, including downloadable guest lists in PDF or XLS format and distribution data.

Streamlined Event Creation and Tracking

Managers (Admin users) can now streamline event management with increased efficiency. Create and edit events, send invitations and reminders, oversee guest comments, and set external guest permissions from one intuitive platform.

Residents can now enjoy enhanced convenience with timely notifications, detailed event tracking, and flexible RSVP options. They can easily add comments and specify the number of guests they plan to bring, ensuring a more personalized, enjoyable event experience.
