Here's a glimpse of the exciting updates we’ve made:

1. Residents

‍

Finding a specific resident is now easier than ever!  Quickly find someone by their name, email, or address. For more specific results, Click on the filter option to narrow your search by selecting a group, like “Family member.” This makes it even simpler to connect with the right person.

2. Requests

‍

Searching for a particular request? Our improved search feature makes it easy. Just enter keywords like the request title (e.g., “fees”), the content (e.g., “virtual”), or even a user’s name (e.g., “Dante”). You can also apply filters to organize your requests by status, including “Pending,” “Open,” “In Process,” and “Closed.”  

To locate something more specific, use the category filter to browse requests under labels like “Maintenance” or “General.” To view only the requests assigned to you, simply toggle the option to view your assigned requests.

3. Groups

Users can search for groups by entering the group name, with results dynamically updated in real-time. A counter will display the number of matching groups.

4. Announcements

Finding announcements has never been simpler! You can search by title or content. Stay on top of urgent updates by using the emergency broadcast toggle to filter announcements marked as high-priority.

5. Digital Voting Records

To quickly find voting records, search by title, question, content, or resident details such as name and email.   Looking for more precision? Leverage advanced filters to sort by status (e.g., “Not started,” “Voting,” “Closed”), unit voting status, or voting period for a deeper dive.

6. Events

Easily track down the event you’re looking for—search by title or content to quickly access the key details you need. For a more refined search, use keywords from the event name (e.g., “family-friendly,” “budget discussion”) to narrow your results.

7. Forum Discussions

Looking for a specific discussion? Easily search by keywords, resident names (e.g., “Adam”), titles, or content to pinpoint what you’re looking for. Narrow your results with filters for status status (e.g., “Open,” “Closed”) and category (e.g., “Ads”) to quickly surface the most relevent topics.
