Finding a specific resident is now easier than ever! Quickly find someone by their name, email, or address. For more specific results, Click on the filter option to narrow your search by selecting a group, like “Family member.” This makes it even simpler to connect with the right person.
Searching for a particular request? Our improved search feature makes it easy. Just enter keywords like the request title (e.g., “fees”), the content (e.g., “virtual”), or even a user’s name (e.g., “Dante”). You can also apply filters to organize your requests by status, including “Pending,” “Open,” “In Process,” and “Closed.”
