Here's a glimpse of the exciting updates we’ve made:
Finding a specific resident is now easier than ever! Quickly find someone by their name, email, or address. For more specific results, Click on the filter option to narrow your search by selecting a group, like “Family member.” This makes it even simpler to connect with the right person.
Searching for a particular request? Our improved search feature makes it easy. Just enter keywords like the request title (e.g., “fees”), the content (e.g., “virtual”), or even a user’s name (e.g., “Dante”). You can also apply filters to organize your requests by status, including “Pending,” “Open,” “In Process,” and “Closed.”
To locate something more specific, use the category filter to browse requests under labels like “Maintenance” or “General.” To view only the requests assigned to you, simply toggle the option to view your assigned requests.
Users can search for groups by entering the group name, with results dynamically updated in real-time. A counter will display the number of matching groups
