‍The latest update to Insights introduces Drill Down capabilities. Users can click on specific elements, such as dates or manager names, to view more detailed data about the requests related to that subject within the filtered period.

How Drill Down Works:

• Requests by period and status: Click any text on the X-axis for detailed data
• Assigned per manager: Choose any manager name for detailed data
• Requests' categories: Click on any category for detailed data
• Total, Reopen, Closed: Select "More Details" for robust,  comprehensive data

Data Export

‍Additionally, there is an option to export data to a CSV file for deeper review.
