With Custom Fields, you can build more personalized resident profiles and capture the information that matters most to your community. Whether it's resident preferences, specific information, or important dates, you can request it all in just a few clicks and make community interactions more meaningful and efficient!
Open your community settings and click "Add Custom Field." From there, you can choose from various field types, including long text for detailed descriptions, short text for quick notes, and phone numbers, dates, or multiple-choice options.
The Custom Fields section will be available for the homeowners to fill out in their Profile Settings. Managers can view the information using the “Residents” field.

Discover the newest update to our Resident Feature: Resident Notes. This convenient tool empowers managers to add internal notes about community members, including details on package handling, personal preferences, and other essential information.
Just like Resident Notes, managers can add internal notes about their units with Unit Notes. Exclusively for staff members, managers can register incidents, document maintenance work, and outline other important information.
